O R D E R

Though the learned Standing Counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent-Corporation made a submission that the order passed in the writ petition has already been complied with and the amount due to the petitioner has been settled, however, the learned counsel for the petitioner raised an objection by stating that certain portion of interest is yet to be settled. In this regard, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authority for the redressal of his grievances. However, the contempt petition need not be kept pending unnecessarily, as the direction issued by this Court is for settlement of terminal benefits and calculation or otherwise, if objected, to be redressed in accordance with the procedures. 2.Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
