2. The petitioner has filed the petition mentioned complaint under Section 77A of the Registration Act, 1908. IG of Registration has issued the circular directing the authorities to keep enquiry under the aforesaid provision pending. The Hon'ble Larger Bench is seized of the matter. The third respondent is directed to keep the petitioner's complaint pending. The third respondent will take a call based on the decision to be rendered by the Larger Bench.
