ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner/sole accused, who was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 19.08.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 5(f)(1)(n)r/w6 of POCSO Act, 2012, in Crime No.16 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police and hence, seeks bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that on 11.08.2015, the petitioner had sexual intercourse with the defacto complainant's daughter in the school premises and that the victim girl is aged about six years studying second standard and she has also spoken to about the accused in committing aggravated sexual assault on her, when she was examined by the Magistrate.

3.It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner herein is a teacher and he has not committed any offence and prays bail in favour of the petitioner. He would further submit that because of motive, the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
