ORDER
This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the impugned FIR in Crime No.20 of 2024 on the file of the respondent Police.
2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor, on instructions, would submit that the investigation is completed and a final report has been filed in Spl.S.C.No.209 of 2025 before the Special Court for Exclusive Trial of cases under POCSO Act, Dindigul.
3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the final report, if so advised. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.11.2025 NCC : Yes / No Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Lm 2/4
