ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed to direct the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, to expedite the trial in R.C.O.P.No.187 of 2016.

2. On the side of the petitioner, it is stated that the petitioner's son leased out the property during the year 2005 and he expired during the year 2010. The petitioner is an aged person residing in a rental building and hence, she wants the TASMAC shop to be vacated in the building.

3. In the above circumstances, the Additional District Munsif, Madurai Town, is directed to dispose of R.C.O.P.No.187 of 2016 within a period of four months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
