ORDER

The petitioner in H.M.O.P.No.1025 of 2021 on the file of Family Court, Madurai is the revision petitioner herein.

2. The above said petition has been filed by the wife seeking divorce. A perusal of the B-Diary extract reveals that the case has not 1/4

been posted in the list and it is being adjourned. The present revision petition has been filed seeking expeditious disposal of H.M.O.P.No.1025 of 2021.

3. The Family Court, Madurai is now taking up the cases of the year 2018 and so far, seniority of the present petition has not been reached for being listed for enquiry. In such circumstances, merely because the petitioner has approached this Court, he cannot jump the queue and seek expeditious disposal. However, this Court is inclined to issue a direction to the Family Court, Madurai to dispose of H.M.O.P.No. 1025 of 2021 as expeditiously as possible.

4. With the above said observations, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of.
