Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.DHANA LAW ASSOCIATES, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.S.PRABHA, the Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent the Court made the following order:- Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate(Criminal Side) for the respondent. 2.According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the petitioners are complying with the conditions imposed by this Court regularly.
3.On 16.08.2016, this Court modified the earlier conditions imposed on the petitioners to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police once in a month i.e., first day of every English calender month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. 4.Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, no further relaxation is required in this case. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
