O R D E R

The Writ Petition has been filed for the issue of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to consider the representation made by the petitioner on 01.12.2020, where the petitioner is seeking for issuance of Patta in his name. 2.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents submitted that the second respondent has already taken cognizance of the representation made by the petitioner. The learned Additional Government Pleader further submitted that if the petitioner submits all the relevant documents before the second respondent, the same will be considered and appropriate orders will be passed, within the time stipulated by this Court.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and also of the fact that the second respondent has already https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P(MD)No.3148 of 2021 acted upon the application submitted by the petitioner, there shall be a direction to the second respondent to pass orders strictly in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. The petitioner shall make a fresh representation to the second respondent along with all the relevant documents and also a copy of this order.

4.This Writ Petition is disposed of with the above directions. No costs.
