ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 24.02.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 420, 468, 471,485,486,120(B) of IPC and Section 4(1)(aaa), 4(1-A), 4(1)(h), 5 of TNP Act and Rule 5 and 7 of TNRS rules 2000, in Crime No. 56 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that the the petitioner was found in preparation of liquor with fake labels.. Hence the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. Hence he would pray for bail to the petitioner.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that there are 13 cases pending against the petitioner of similar nature. Hence she objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that there are 13 cases pending against the petitioner this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
