Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.BALASUBRAMANIAN P, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.M.VEERANTHIRAN, Government Advocate (Criminal Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21005 of 2022, dated 28.11.2022.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioners have been complying with the conditions.

4. Considering the said submissions and nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21005 of 2022, is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the Judicial Magistrate, Nilakottai in CC No.64/2023 on 23.03.2023 and thereafter, on the date fixed by the learned Magistrate, without fail.

5. With the above direction, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered.
