ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 20.04.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Section 224 of IPC in Crime No. 81 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the due to non appearance of the petitioner, the learned Magistrate has issued Non Bailable Warrant against the petitioner and this Court by an order dated 19.02.2019 directed the petitioner to surrender before the concerned court and while the petitioner surrendered before the concerned court the learned Magistrate due to non appearance of the petitioner, remanded him judicial custody. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that due to non appearance of the petitioner, the case is still pending. She would also submit that if the petitioner is released on bail, he will abscond again. Hence she objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that due to non appearance of the petitioner, the case is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
