ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking a direction to to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to provide adequate police protection to the petitioner's life and limb based on the representation dated 02.02.2022.

2. The petitioner has lodged a complaint before the third respondent seeking adequate police protection before the second respondent and the said complaint was sent through registered post with acknowledgment due on 02.02.2022, however the second respondent has not received any representation of the petitioner.

3. Considering the above, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation before the second respondent and on receipt of the same, the second respondent is directed to issue notice to the petitioner and the third respondent, conduct enquiry and pass orders on merits and in accordance with law.
