ORDER

This petition has been filed seeking direction to to direct the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District to expedite the trial in C.C. No.104 of 2021 and pronounce the verdict within the stipulated time.

2. The Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the case is at the stage of examination of witnesses.

3. Under such circumstances , there shall be a direction to the learned learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Sivakasi, Virudhunagar District to dispose the case pending in CC No.104 of 2021 within a period of nine months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and report compliance to this court after completion of the proceedings.
