ORDER

This writ petition is filed to direct the 2nd respondent to release the sale deed dated 16.12.2019.

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents, in compliance with the order of this Court dated 13.07.2020, has produced a copy of the proceedings dated 13.07.2020, wherein, it had been stated that on 05.03.20202, after registering the sale deed receipt No.6305/2019 dated 16.12.2019 as Doc.No.685/2020 in the office book, the same has been given to the petitioner.
