RESPONDENT/ COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honble Court in Cr.M.P.No.11176 of 2019 in C.A.No.592 of 2019 dated 13.01.2020 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.T.SENTHIL KUMAR, Advocate for the appellants and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11176 of 2019 in C.A(MD)No.592 of 2019, dated 13.01.2020.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11176 of 2019 in C.A(MD)No.592 of 2019, dated 13.01.2020 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police has strongly opposed to relax the condition. 4.Taking into consideration of the submissions made by both the counsel, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P(MD)No.11176 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL MP(MD) No.1638 of 2020 of 2019 in C.A(MD)No.592 of 2019, dated 13.01.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the concerned Court on the first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
