Respondent PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to transfer the LPG Consumers situated within 15 kms from the boundary limits of the petitioners Distributorship (Gramin Vitrak, Nathampannai CT, Pudukkottai District), in accordance with the existing guidelines which was upheld by this Court in WP(MD).No.1963 of 2018 dated 13.3.2018, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.1.2020.

ORDER

This writ petition is filed for Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondent to transfer the LPG Consumers situated within 15 kms from the boundary limits of the petitioner's Distributorship (Gramin Vitrak, Nathampannai CT, Pudukkottai District), in accordance with the existing guidelines which was upheld by this Court in W.P.(MD)No.1963 of 2018 dated 13.3.2018, by considering the representation of the petitioner, dated 25.1.2020.

2. The respondents submitted that against the order passed by the Learned Single Judge, they have preferred writ appeal and the same was confirmed, against which the respondents have preferred SLP and the same is pending. Therefore, the claim of the petitioner cannot be considered. 2/4

This Court without going into the merits of the case is directing the respondent to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 25.01.2020 and pass orders, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. While considering the petitioner's representation, the respondent shall grant personal hearing as well.

4. With these observations and directions, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
