ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners apprehend arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged commission of offence punishable under Sections 498(A), 406 and 354 of I.P.C., and Section 4 of TNPWH Act and Section 4 of DP Act, and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.Heard Both sides.
3.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) would submit that the respondent has completed the investigation and also laid charge sheet in this case. As per charge sheet, one Mayakkannan and one Subramanian are arrayed as accused in this case and the petitioners' name had been deleted in the charge sheet, hence there is no apprehension of arrest at the hands of the respondent police.
