: Respondents Prayer: Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents more particularly the 2nd respondent to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.10.2015 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and lay the final report forthwith as against the accused concerned within a time frame as stipulated by this Court.

O R D E R

The petitioner has come forward with this petition seeking for a direction, directing the respondents, more particularly the 2nd respondent, to register the complaint of the petitioner dated 08.10.2015 and conduct investigation in accordance with law and lay the final report forthwith as against the accused concerned.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has given a complaint to the third respondent on 08.10.2015, but the 2nd respondent police has not taken any steps to register a case and hence, the petitioner has come forward with this petition for the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ above stated relief.

3. At this juncture, the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry in CSR.No.375 of 2015, has been conducted and the same has been closed on 10.10.2015.

4. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of. Sd/- Assistant Registrar (CS-I) /True copy/ Sub Assistant Registrar To 1.The Superintendent of Police, Kanyakumari District, Kanyakumari.
