Order : This petition coming up for orders on this day, upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.VISHNUVARTHANAN P M, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SANJAI GANDHI, Government Advocate(crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed in Crl.M.P.(MD)No.537 of 2023 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.21765 of 2022, dated 10.01.2023.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions regularly and hence, he seeks for relaxation of the condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions.
