This quash petition is filed to quash the charge sheet against the petitioner in C.C.No.119 of 2014 pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thuraiyur .

2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner died. Hence, nothing survives for adjudication in this petition. 3.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the State.

4.Recording the said submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as abated.
