ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 to 3 to not to interfere in civil dispute pending between the petitioners and 4th and 5th respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. On the complaint lodged by the fourth and fifth respondent before the second respondent, no action has been taken, hence the petitioner was constrained to file a petition before the jurisdictional magistrate court to file a petition under Section 156(3) of Cr.P.C in Cr.M.P. No.11888 of 2021. The learned Magistrate has directed the second respondent to enquire and report and it is pending on the file of the second respondent.

3. As directed by the learned Magistrate, the second respondent is about to register the First Information Report , therefore harassment does not arise at the hands of the second respondent on the complaint lodged by the fourth and fifth respondent. The second respondent is directed to enquire and register the First Information Report as directed by the learned Magistrate and proceed in accordance with law. 4.In the result, the petition is devoid of merits and it is dismissed.
