ORDER

This quash petition is filed to quash the criminal proceedings in C.C.No.189 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi, Kanyakumari District, as against the petitioner.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that trial in C.C.No.189 of 2022 on the file of the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Boothapandi, Kanyakumari District, is over and the case was ended in acquittal on 23.10.2025 itself.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
