ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested and remanded to Judicial custody on 21.03.2019, for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,148, 294(b), 324, 506(ii) and 307 of IPC @ 147,148, 294 (b),324, 506(ii), 307 and 302 of IPC in Crime No. 16 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to some property dispute, the petitioner along with others unlawfully assembled together, abused the defacto complainant, assaulted him deadly weapons and threatened him with dire consequences. Later the deceased was succumbed to injuries. Hence the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case and he has nothing to do with the alleged offence. He would also submit that there is no specific overt act attributed against this petitioner. He would also submit that no other case is pending against the petitioner and hence, he would pray for bail. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that the deceased was attacked brutally the petitioners and investigation is pending. Hence she objected for grant of bail.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the fact that the offence committed by the petitioner is heinous in nature, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Hence the bail petition is dismissed.
