ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed by the Management of the school seeking a direction as against the first respondent to consider the letter that was forwarded by the second respondent for granting Higher Secondary School status to the petitioner's school. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the writ petitioner even though the second respondent had recommended for the same on 21.11.2024 to the first respondent, so far the first respondent has not passed any orders. Hence, the present writ petition has been filed. 2/4

Considering the above facts, the first respondent is directed to consider the recommendation made by the second respondent and pass appropriate orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if the application has not been returned.

4.With the above observations, this writ petition is disposed of. No Costs.
