ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 341, 294(b), 323,324 and 506(ii) of IPC in Cr.No.209 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seek anticipatory bail. 2.It is the case of the prosecution that the petitioners restrained the defacto complainant, attacked the defacto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that the petitioners did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person. 4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that injured is still undergoing treatment.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured is undergoing treatment, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.
