(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner has filed the writ petition seeking a writ of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD)No.5425 of 2021 mandamus directing the respondents 1 & 2 to grant a minimum of six months period to repay the loan amount.

2. Though the writ petition, as filed, is not maintainable, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents 1 & 2 submitted that the proceedings have been initiated and concluded upto the level of sale notice. There was no bidder and fresh sale notice is likely to be issued.

3. In view of the above position, it is for the petitioner to approach the respondents Bank to get his grievance redressed and this writ petition stands dismissed accordingly. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
