ORDER

The petitioner has filed the present petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking for a direction to the respondent to register the First Information Report as per the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani in Cr.M.P.No.3750 of 2019.

2.Mr.R.Erottusamy, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), who accepts notice on behalf of the respondent, on instructions, would contend that the Inspector of Police, Palani Taluk Police Station in obedience to the orders passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Palani, registered the First Information Report in Crime No.64 of 2021 on 13.02.2021.

3.Recording the aforesaid submissions, the Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
