RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed by this Honourable Court by its order dated 26.10.2016 in Crl.OP(MD)No.19222 of 2016. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.LINGARASU, Advocate for the petitioner and of Government Advocate (Crl.side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) for the respondent.

2. According to the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ this Court regularly from 10.11.2016 onwards.

3. Considering the facts and the circumstances of the case, the petitioners shall comply with the existing condition till 10.12.2016 and thereafter, the condition is modified to the effect that the petitioners shall report before the respondent Police, monthly once ie., on first Sunday at 10.30 am., and also as and when required until further orders.
