ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147,148,294(b), 341, 342,324,336, 506(ii), 323, 307 of IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Cr.No.65 of 2019, on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.It is the case of the prosecution that due to wordy quarrel, the petitioner along with others abused the defacto complainant, attacked the defacto complainant and threatened him with dire consequences. Hence, the complaint.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution and he is an innocent person.

4.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police would submit that injured is still undergoing treatment. She would also submit that they are going to file cancellation of bail application.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the fact that the injured is undergoing treatment, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
