PRAYER: This Criminal Original Petition has been filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, to withdraw the investigation in crime No.28 of 2014 from the file of the 3rd respondent and transfer the same to the file of 4th respondent with a direction to investigate the case in accordance with law.

ORDER

This petition is filed to withdraw the investigation in crime No.28 of 2014 from the file of the 3rd respondent and transfer the same to the file of 4th respondent with a direction to investigate the case in accordance with law.

2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) would submit that after investigation, the respondents laid the charge sheet and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.167 of 2016 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Virudhunagar. 3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (criminal side), since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous.
