Respondent/Respondent/Respondent PRAYER : Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order, dated 13.08.2013 in Criminal Revision Case No.39 of 2013 on the file of the Court of Sessions Judge of Tiruchirappalli Division, Tiruchirappalli, partly by modifying the impugned order dated 26.04.2013 in M.C.No.123 of 2010 on the file of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Tichy and set aside the same and consequently direct the respondent to pay Rs.5000/- each to the petitioner and to her minor son Barish Ahamed for maintenance.
