ORDER

The Criminal Revision is directed against the judgment dated 08.10.2020 passed in C.A.No.46 of 2014 by the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge (FAC), Srivilliputhur, confirming the judgment of conviction and sentence passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, Sivakasi in S.T.C.No.1428 of 2011 dated 11.03.2014.

2. It is evident from the records that since there was no representation for the petitioner and also report came to be received that the petitioner has not deposited any amount as directed by this Court, this Court directed the Registry to print the name of the petitioner in the cause list. Even today, despite printing the name of the petitioner, there is no representation for the petitioner. Hence, this Criminal Revision Case stands dismissed for non-prosecution.
