Prayer :- Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to pass orders on the Statutory Complaint / representation made by the petitioner dated 02.12.2019 with the time that may be stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The limited prayer of the petitioner is for a direction to the first respondent to consider her representation dated 02.12.2019 within a time frame.

2. Considering the limited prayer, this Writ Petition is allowed giving direction to the first respondent to initiate action on the complaint lodged by the petitioner dated 02.12.2019. The first respondent shall also issue notice to the persons, namely, (i) Subramani, (ii)

Balasubramani (iii) Bagavathi, who according to the petitioner had committed atrocities against her. The first respondent shall also endeavour to conclude the proceedings within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
