ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioners who apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 418 and 420 IPC, in Crime No.13 of 2019, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the defacto complainant and the first accused are the business partners and they were running a Ghee business. The accused persons cheated the defacto complainant and his relatives by way of creating forged documents and misappropriated a sum of Rs.3 Crores. Hence, the complaint. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are innocent persons and they did not commit any offence as alleged by the prosecution.

4.The learned counsel appearing for the intervenor submitted that the misappropriated amount is very huge and the respondent police has not taken any effective steps to recover the said amount or secure the accused and hence, he prayed for a direction to the respondent police for effective investigation. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

5.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the amount is yet to be recovered and the investigation is pending.

6.Taking note of the serious allegations levelled against the petitioners, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
