ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.) This writ petition has been filed for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the Auction Sale Notice dated 24.01.2022 issued under Rule 8(6) of the Security Interest ( Enforcement ) Rules 2002 under the SARFAESI Act 2002, wherein, the sale was scheduled on 11.02.2022 and quash the same as illegal and arbitrary and consequently directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's request dated 14.09.2021.

Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the One Time Settlement proposal of the petitioner was accepted by the respondent Bank and hence, nothing survives in this writ petition for adjudication. 3.
