Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To issue a writ or order or direction in the nature of WRIT OF MANDAMUS directing the respondents 1 and 2 to survey the land in survey No.268/2A, with an extent of 0.24.00 hectar is situated at Kalappankulam Village, Thiruvenkadam Taluk, Tenkasi District at that time the 4th respondent by giving police protection on the basis of the representation dated 07.08.2021 and 12.08.2021 and pass such further or other orders as this Honble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case and thus render justice.
