ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by G.R.Swaminathan J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 2.This Court vide order dated 11.12.2024 in W.P(MD)No.18445 of 2018 had only permitted the petitioner to submit a representation and directed the concerned respondent to pass an order thereon. Pursuant to the aforesaid direction, the Commissioner, Cumbum Municipality had passed an order dated 23.05.2025. We are, therefore, satisfied that the order of this Court has been complied with. We are not able to discern any breach of our direction. However, taking into account the fact that the construction in question appears to be unauthorized, we permit the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition on the same cause of action. 3.With the aforesaid liberty to the petitioner, this Contempt Petition is closed.
