2. The petitioner apprehending arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the offences punishable under sections 147, 342, 347, 364, 302 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., in Crime No. 238 of 2019 on the file of the respondent police, seeks anticipatory bail.

3. The petitioner's earlier petition for anticipatory bail was dismissed by this Court. There is no change in circumstances. 4.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
