ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by M.DURAISWAMY,J.] The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file an appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, before the District Collector and also made an endorsement to that effect.

2. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. It is open to the petitioner to file an appeal under Section 10 of the Tamil Nadu Land Encroachment Act, 1905, before the District Collector. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is also dismissed.
