ORDER
The petitioner approaches this Court with a prayer to direct the second and third respondents not to harass the petitioner and his family members under the guise of enquiry.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) appearing for the State.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner obtained anticipatory bail before this Court vide order, dated 11.06.2014 in Crl.O.P(MD)No.10342 of 2014 (in Crime No.Not Known of 2014) and the third respondent under the guise of enquiry, is harassing the petitioner by asking him to come to the police station at odd hours and hence, he came forward to file this petition with the above said prayer.
4. The learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) would contend that a case in Crime No.37 of 2014 was registered by the third respondent for the alleged commission of offence under Sections 294(b) and 506(i) I.P.C and only pursuant to the registration of the said case, the petitioner was called for enquiry and denies the allegations. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
5. It is made clear that the third respondent can conduct investigation of the case strictly in accordance with law and since the case in Crime No.37 of 2014 came to be registered against the petitioner, he is expected to render his maximum co-operation so as to enable the third respondent to complete the investigation and file a final report before the jurisdictional Magistrate Court.
