ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the respondents 1 and 2 to produce the body of the petitioner's daughter namely Muthumari, D/o.Muthukumar, aged about 20 years, now detained by the third respondent and set her at liberty.

2. The petitioner lodged a complaint alleging that her daughter, aged about 20 years, was missing.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing of the respondents 1 and 2 submitted that on receipt of the said complaint, the second respondent conducted investigation and the investigation revealed that the petitioner's daughter eloped with the third respondent and they got married and living together at Coimbatore. Since the petitioner's daughter, aged about 20 years, is a major, the FIR registered in Crime No.115 of 2020 has been closed on 12.02.2022.

4. In view of the above, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed.
