ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner who is arrayed as the sole accused, in Crime No.867 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 14.09.2015, for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 324 and 506(ii) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that on 13.09.2015 the petitioner went to the house of the de-facto complainant and quarrelled with her to vacate the house and on refusal, the petitioner threw stone on her left thigh and caused injuries. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is an innocent person and he has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the State.

5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner with certain conditions. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten
