ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioner/Accused No.6, who apprehends arrest for the alleged offences under Sections 143 and 188 of IPC r/w Section 7(1) (a) of C.L. Act in connection with Non-Bailable Warrant issued in C.C.No.24 of 2003, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, seeks anticipatory bail. 2.The petitioner was absent during the trial in C.C.No.24 of 2003, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram. Therefore, Non-Bailable Warrant came to be issued on 07.08.2015.

3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner undertakes that the petitioner shall appear before the Court below regularly on all future hearing dates without fail.

4.Considering the undertaking given by the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to appear before the C.C.No.24 of 2003, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD). No.2308 of 2021 this order and to file a petition to recall the NBW issued against him. The concerned Magistrate is directed to consider the same on merits and pass orders on the same day.
