Side) PETITION FOR ANTICIPATORY BAIL Under Sec. 438 Cr.P.C. ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who arrayed as A1 apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 417 and 506(i) IPC and Section 4 of TNPHW Act in Crime No.16/2015 and hence, seek anticipatory bail. 2.The case of the prosecution is that the first accused is a Teacher and the defacto complainant is a student and by giving a false promise of marriage, he had taken her out, but later refused to marry her.

3.The learned counsel for the Petitioner submitted that the defacto complainant is aged 19 years and the petitioner is a teacher aged 21 years and both of them have fallen in love with each other and the Petitioner has never promised her to marry the defacto complainant. It is further submitted that the accused 2 and 3 who are parents of the Petitioner are granted the relief of anticipatory bail by the Sessions Court in Cr.M.P.No.2670 of 2015. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) on the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Petitioner. 5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case as stated above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the Judicial Magistrate, Palani and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction to the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

police daily at 10.30 a.m until further orders. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

6. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
