ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On 08.03.2022, this Court considering the nature of the dispute and also submission made by both parties, referred the matter to the Mediation and Conciliation Centre attached to this bench for amicable settlement.

2. But the matter is could not settled before the Mediation Centre because of the non-appearance of both parties. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side)submits that petition enquiry is pending and no complaint has been registered against this petitioners so far.

No.2607 of 2022 4.Since no case has been registered against these petitioners and only the petition enquiry is pending, this criminal original petition is disposed of with a liberty to the petitioners to workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings, if any trouble arises in future.
