Respondent PRAYER: This Civil Revision Petition filed under Article 227 of the Constitution of India to direct the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, Dindigul District to complete the trial and dispose of the case in O.S.No.60 of 2022 pending on its file as expeditiously as possible within time stipulated as prescribed by this Court.

ORDER

The present civil revision petition stands disposed of at the time of admission without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case considering the fact that no adverse orders proposed to be passed against the respondent.

2. The prayer sought for in this petition is only for direction to dispose the O.S.No.60 of 2022 pending before the Principal District Munsif, Dindigul, Dindigul District.

3. Considering the above, there shall be a direction to Additional District Munsif, Dindigul, Dindigul District to dispose O.S.No.60 of 2022, pending on its file, preferably within a period of 18 months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

4. The civil revision petition stands disposed of with the above observations. No costs.
