ORDER
This Writ Petition has been filed by the petitioner for a direction directing the fourth respondent to restrain the sixth respondent's bridge construction works in the petitioner's patta land in Survey No.380/4A to an extent of 0.05.0 hectares of Rajagiri Village, Viralimali Taluk, Pudukkottai District. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents 1 to 5 and 7 would submit that now the construction work of the bridge is completed and there is no encroachment in the petitioner's patta land.

3.Recording the said submission, this Writ Petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
