O R D E R

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 18.11.2014 for admission, the learned counsel for the petitioner sought adjournment to list the matter in the first week of December and when the matter was listed on 17.12.2014, again, the case was adjourned to the first week of January 2015. Even thereafter, the petitioner did not take any steps to list the matter for admission and even without ordering notice, the matter is kept pending. Therefore, it shows that the petitioner has no interest to pursue this quash petition and it is pending for four years. Therefore, this Court is not inclined to entertain this Criminal Original Petition.

2.Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also dismissed.
