This petition is filed to issue a direction to the III Additional District and Sessions Judge, PCR Act, Madurai, to consider the bail application of the petitioner on the same day of his surrender in Crime No.311 of 2015 on the file of the respondent police.

2.When the matter is taken up, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) would submit that the respondent, after completing the investigation in Crime No.311 of 2015, has already filed a https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ charge sheet in SC No.56 of 2016 before the PCR Court, Madurai.

3.Recording the above submission, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. The petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate in the manner known to law. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
