ORDER

The Writ Petition has been filed in the nature of Mandamus, seeking a direction to the respondents not to commit fake encounter of the petitioner's son Raghuvaran, while transferring him from the sixth respondent prison to Karnataka.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents 1 to 7 stated that now, the petitioner's son was arrested in pursuant to the P.T. Warrant issued in S.C.No.1236 of 2021 and confined at Central Prison, Palayamkottai. 3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for in this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and the same is dismissed. No costs.
